Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production, from concept development to post-production. You will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to ensure that our video content aligns with our clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong combination of creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all stages of video production, including concept development, pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop video content that aligns with clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives.
• Lead and direct production crews, ensuring a high level of professionalism and quality on set.
• Develop and manage budgets and production timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources, including talent, equipment, and location management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and equipment to continually improve the quality of our video content.
• Manage the video content library, ensuring assets are organised and accessible to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in video production, with a focus on digital content.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools is a plus 
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects
